LessonPlug, LLC Terms of Service

Overview
LessonPlug is an online platform connecting independent music instructors (“Instructors”) and students (“Students”) for private lessons conducted via video services such as Zoom.

Independent Contractors
All Instructors act as independent contractors, not employees of LessonPlug.

Use of the Platform
Users must:
– Provide accurate information.
– Communicate respectfully.
– Obtain parental/guardian consent for minors.

Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. LessonPlug retains a 10% platform fee. We do not store payment information.

Refunds and Cancellations
No cash refunds are offered. Students may reschedule lessons with their Instructor.

Conduct and Safety
LessonPlug does not monitor or record Zoom lessons. Users are responsible for safe and professional conduct. Harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property
Instructors retain ownership of their materials. LessonPlug may display or transmit content solely to provide service functionality.

Disclaimer of Liability
LessonPlug provides the platform “as is” and disclaims any warranties regarding lesson quality, outcomes, or communications.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Arkansas law.
