Kayla Rose is a professional violinist, educator, and songwriter with over 25 years of experience on the violin and more than a decade of teaching students of all ages and levels.

A Cincinnati, Ohio native, Kayla began her musical journey early and went on to earn a Bachelors of Music in Violin Performance from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. She now resides in Nashville, Tennessee, where she is an active substitute violinist with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra, as well as a sought-after session player and creative collaborator.

Kayla is deeply passionate about teaching and believes that growth on the violin is a lifelong process. Her instructional approach emphasizes patience, curiosity, and adaptability, integrating vocal work and physical movement to support healthy technique and musical expression. By meeting each student exactly where they are on their musical journey, Kayla aims to build confidence, creativity, and a well-rounded musical toolbox that empowers students to succeed both on and off the instrument.
