Guitar Lessons – Acoustic & Electric
These lessons are designed for guitarists of all levels who want to build real-world playing skills on both acoustic and electric guitar. Students will develop strong rhythm and timing, learn essential chord shapes and voicings, and understand how songs are built from the ground up.
Instruction covers how to efficiently learn and break down songs, including chord progressions, song structure, and stylistic approaches. Lead guitar topics include phrasing, scales, improvisation, bends, slides, vibrato, and other essential techniques used across many genres.
Students will also learn how to play with other musicians—focusing on groove, dynamics, tone, and how to blend parts within a band setting or alongside other guitar players. The Nashville Number System is introduced as a practical tool for understanding harmony, transposing songs, and communicating with other musicians quickly and effectively.
