LessonPlug, LLC Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

General Policy
LessonPlug facilitates payments between Students and Instructors via Stripe.

Refunds
Music Teachers and LessonPlug will work with the student to capture a makeup date before a refund is issued.

Rescheduling
Students may coordinate with their music teacher to reschedule lessons for a different time.

Platform Errors
If a lesson cannot occur due to a verified LessonPlug system issue, LessonPlug may issue a credit or reschedule the session at its discretion.
